Throughout the year, the Recreation, Arts & Culture Department offers a wide variety of programs and activities for youth, teens, adults, and seniors. Registration is available online through our convenient CivicRec portal or in person at Bal Harbour Waterfront Park.

Spring Program Lineup
April Through May 2026
We are excited to offer a special lineup of programs and activities for the Spring months. All programs are now available for viewing, and registration for residents begins Friday, March 20, at noon. For any programs that still have space available, non-residents who would like to participate in a program as a guest of a resident can register beginning Friday, March 27, 2026. All programs (with the exception of fitness classes, which are offered all month long) will begin the week of April 13, 2026.
