102nd Street Beach Access Path

Beach Access PathThe new beach access path located on 102nd street from Collins Avenue to the beach just south of the Oceana Bal Harbour is now open. This state-of-the-art path, designed by renowned landscape architect Enzo Enea, is a 25-foot wide, soldier-paver lined path with IPE wood benches and shaded areas for residents to enjoy their walk to and from the beach. It also features a stainless-steel body and foot shower. Entrances to the path are secured by locked gates only accessible by Bal Harbour Village residents through access-controlled Key Card Fobs.

If you are interested in obtaining a key card fob, please send an e-mail to beachaccess@balharbourfl.gov with your name, address, phone number and e-mail address so that the fob can be programmed. A confirmation e-mail will be sent when the FOB is ready for pickup.

Residents may purchase one FOB per household at a cost of $10.00. Any additional FOBs requested will be at a cost of $50.00 each and will be limited to one per household. Lost/replacement FOBs will have a cost of $25.00 each.

FOBs may be picked up at the Oceana Condominium gatehouse, located at 10203 Collins Ave, between the hours of 10:00 am and 5:00 pm – seven days a week. Payments must be made by  Money Order or Cashier's Check only and should be made out to Oceana Bal Harbour Condominium.
